I have found out in the past that sometimes when Anxiety persists for a very long time or I need to sleep but there is persisting Anxiety the best way to calm the body down fast is to play calm and relaxing music, correct me if I'm wrong but when this happens it has something to do with neurotransmitters in the mind releasing chemicals into the brain that tell it to start REM.

Selecting any random song is good enough but if you have a particular preference or artist that help you fall asleep the fastest it's always best to listen to them.

My Idol is Ariana Grande (She's also my hero too because she saved my life at her Manchester concert, I was quite close to the foyer at the time but luckily wasn't hurt) so it would be logical for me to have her calm me down
