hi all
just thought i should post to say i went to a pamper day yesterday and had a really nice enjoyable time after really dreading it
had odd nervy moments but had facial sitting up theraspist really nice and understanding good nails ( whats left off them) filed and painted and my sis treated me to a back massage which i enjoyed although was glad when over as your head is stuck in hole in bed even had eye brow wax
did a aqua aerobics which was funny and had good laugh in gym when my sis nearly fell off running machine and my mum did fall off the exercise ball lunch was lovely didnt manage the sauna or steam but tried ( for about 10 secs) if anyone lives near chelmsford its quite reasonable and would reccomend it
so overall v good day with only a few minor unimportant wobbles
