    Detached from reality feeling

    Does anyone else get this it's freaking me out and I can't stop obsessing about it

    Like my precption of reality seems different and only last a couple days I was told it's derealization

    It is derealisation, Brad. I can tell by your posts that it's really upsetting you at the moment and you're wondering if there's something wrong with you. I completely understand how you feel as I've been feeling the same for the past 16 years. I'm still here, though, so you will get through this, I promise.

    On and off, yes. I would have good days, weeks, and months, but whenever my anxiety levels would rise, I'd feel detached from reality. Not much (other than Rivotril and, more recently, Venlafaxine) has helped so far, so I feel your pain. :(
