To save Admin a job, click on Quick Links and select User Control Panel then Edit Profile Picture down at the top left. You can add one from there.

Its also worth noting that your profile pic is on your account page and your 'Avatar' is what changes your picture around the forums when you post, you can use a ready made one or upload your own by clicking quick links and going to "your details"x
