    Sweaty palms

    Hi all,

I have lately started taking Vitamins B and Omega fish oil 3. When I get panic attacks now, they are not like they used to be. I never get breathless or a racing heart beat. Thats all I get are sweaty palms and lightheadedness. Problem I have now is that I panic even more because im not getting all the symptoms. Stupid I know! any advice?

    Cheers

    Hi,

In my experience of anxiety and panic, I know the symptoms do change over time. I'm OK about losing symptoms but its the wretched new ones that worry me!

I've never taken those tablets with panics, so dont know the specific answer. I'm sure one will come along.

But sweaty palms are pretty par for the course....

Yep I take E and O3 every second day Sweety hands are very common... don't worry about those at all. The lighthead is just one of the things you have to live with...again very normal for panic attack people like us.....I seem to have very mild attacks all the time now (a whole lot better than a bad attack (as we all know)...think postive and be positive and take care
