Red spreading mark freaking out!!

Hey

So over the past few days I’ve noticed this dry red rough skin area on my wrists and I’ve seen it starting to spread a little, I’ve been told it could be an allergic reaction but unlikely as I’ve been near nothing new and I have been over washing my hands lately too so I’m kinda freaking out on what to do here :/


I’ve put Sudocrem on and that somewhat helps a little so I’m not sure what to do I’m freaking out and I’m scared I’ll die or vomit from this :/

Can't really see anything in the picture.

If you are over washing you hands that can cause it as well.

Try an antihistamine and see how it goes (but check you can take them with other medication you are on first).

You are hardly likely to die from this.

Sorry I can't see anything in the picture.... looks pretty normal to me.

but sounds like a parch of dry skin.... just moisturise it

I can't see much from the picture but I have a red mark under my eye which is dry skin, goes away when I moisturise it and comes back when I stop. I also wash the patch with cold water and moisturise it straight after.
