Freaked out after dying hair

Just dyed my hair a few hours ago. Now I'm freaking out, feeling faint, and like my vision is all screwed up. I have a feeling that it's just me freaking myself out about getting like the chemicals or something in my body and it screwing me up but I can't shake it.

That has happened to me quite a bit. I have been ok every time, but in the end I was getting so nervous about dying my hair that I have given up all together.
The problem is that I have got loads of grays which I hate but I now cover them with Cassia.
You'll be fine, it's just fear from stories we read x
