Hypersensitivity to smells

Hello.

So today I've noticed some strange smells (well, not so strange, only very strong), for example I've been smelling broccoli which I had for lunch the whole day or I smelled something that resembled pineapple to me and voila, I go to the kitchen to see someone's cut up a pineapple. (Of course I worried about stroke, seizure, tumour, blah, blah, you know the drill, but since I'm not feeling too anxious atm, I know it's not that.)

Tl;dr I can smell pretty much everything, I'm also having a headache right now, could be a migraine, does anyone else experience this? Could the smells be stronger due to the headache?

Yes could be the migraine. The sense of smell can be heightened in people with a migraine.
