I sleep with zopiclone - without it I'd be climbing the walls. But I have other medical problems which affect my sleep.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this? Herbal sleep aids can work for some people and they're not addictive. Give Nytol a try.

Don't you sell herbal sleep aids in the NMP shop?

Try a guided meditation. These really help me. You can find one on YouTube. The more you actively 'try' to sleep, the harder it gets. So just rest and listen to a meditation in the background. Rest well x

But they are not sleep aids - they are for panic and anxiety at night I think

    Hi,

I would say that the best thing I have found is Apps you can download for Hypnosis to sleep more soundly.

I tend to use them and I've found that they are totally relaxing and can make you drift off in a matter of seconds!

I suggest anyone should use these who are having difficulty sleeping, they're amazing.

    All the best,
    Becky
