I'm 15 and a few months ago I vomited after getting home from a party (no alcohol) & (tmi) for my period the best day. My periods are irregular as It was my first one after the party. This morning there was some discolouration when I wiped after peeing so now I'm scared its my period and it will make me vomit, especially because my parents are out all day every day this week. Anyone else emetophobic and worried about their period? Any advice?

I used to throw up with my period quite often(because of the pain)
most of the time as long as i stayed still it was okay but there are things you can do to ease your sickness feelings(although i doubt it will happen again) ginger, peppermint and fizzy water are great for settling your stomach (peppermint tea or lemon and ginger tea is a great idea) x

Thankyou so much! None of my family have had cramps and the first time I didn't so hopefully they won't cause anything. I'll take some paracetomol if I get any cramping to prevent it. Thanks x
