I have been symptom free for several months and a return of weakness has reminded me how hard you have to work at coping with health anxiety.
My weakness symptom feels like there is a point in my back from which everything below feels 'fuzzy' and sense tingly runs down the back oof my legs.
it also spreads across my lower abdomen and makes feel like im gunna pee my pants.

how do you talk your self down from panicking about this?
I cn use CBT methods for situational anxiety and panic but stuggle to cope with health anxiety
