off balance

Hello,
im having a bit of a panic about my balance at the moment, when i walk it feels like everything is swaying, kindda feels like im wlking on a mattress, i really7 working myself up about this cos iv heard that brain tumours can make you go like this, its a real set back, iv been doing so well and feel like im back at square one [V]

You and Jules 31 can compare notes . This is one of her biggest issues..
Anyone else get this?



It is not a setback , it is a new challenge and still not one that can harm you so ignore it .

I can totally assure you that if you did have a brain tumour this would not be the first or only symptom.

I had this symptom for years and it was a big problem but it goes in time once you learn to breathe properly and relax.

It will get better and it is not a brain tumour.
