hey guys well i have survived day 5 of citalopram 20mg also on 30mg of mirtazapine which this combination seems to be a life saver apart from the feeling sick and not eating which in my case is not a bad thing need to lose a few pounds anyway i am feeling great the anxiety seems to be fading away the panic attacks have certainly faded away i have started to go out and feel hell of a lot happier can almost feel my old self emerging from the depths of the black hole just wanted to share with you that you can overcome anxiety even if we have to stay on tablets to help us along but what's a few tablets compared to our sanity so stay strong guys keep at it and you will feel better in time :-) x

ps i know i may get bad days but i feel like i have the strength to over come these x

Hi! That is great news!! I am also on 30 mg of mirtazapine but it doesn't seem to helpin me much lately as I've had a ton of stressful events happen within a short period of time. I'm hopig once my life settles down a bit the meds will kick in more. Did you see a therapist too?
