Neck tension feel light headed, feel awful :(

Well after having a problem with calcium crytals in my ears, which made me feel dizzy at night. I now have chronic neck tension and feel light headed and kinda spaced out!!! :( what is going on with me????

I have been doing so much over the last few days and I tired, I always have some sort of underlying anxiety, is this common symton with anxiety? light headedness and neck tension.

Does anyone have any advice I dont wanna be full of anxiety over Chrismtas :(

i think so many of us feel the same from what i have read i think once christmas over we will all be fine think its the stress dont worry love
