    throat problems

    hi all could i have some information i seem to have swallowed that much today that whe n i do swallow my throat feels weird like theres someing there all the time can anyone advise me plz on how to over comee this im hoping this is anxiety thanks joyce

    hi joyce yes this is your anxiety making u think like u are, try drinking plenty of water and relax, remember this is your anxiety hun and nothing else so keep telling yourself that. hugs xx

    This is anx hun i have the same thing as i type to you now and it has been there for 4 days. as you have been swallowing so much your throat mussels have gone tight and will give you this feeling.

    also feels like its stuck there its also giving me indigestion is this normal too

    yes hun when i get anx i find swallowing difficult
    i cant eat or drink.
    the indigestion is anx too caused by u not eating hun, praps uve been swallowing air too

    i have been eating it seems i have the indigestion when the food doesnt seem to go down right away is this normal too the constant swallowing seems to make the back of my throat burn too how do you get over this

    this is normal joyce and once u calm down and relax and do not worry like u have been it will go away by its self, it is very common in anxiety so please dont worry, it will go away but u got to stop stressing hugs xxx

    eerything you eat you feel going down is this normal too or shd i not focus on it

    this is normal hun honest, please try and not focus on it like u say, keep busy and try to think about positive stuff, all this will go away. i can tell from your threads that this is something that u find hard to control, the HA and probably being pregnant has made it worse. how long have u suffered from HA? please try to believe your doc, dentist and us cos we r all right and u need to try to keep telling yourself that. if something was wrong then it would definately be picked up. it is your anxiety causing u to feel this bad so please try to focus on the good things in your life hugs to u xxxx
