Hayfever or anxiety??

Hiya
Just after a bit of advice really I feel really wheezy, sick & dizzy & have done on and off for a week or so, i also feel really clogged up wth cattarrh (sorry bit gross i know!) what i was really wondering is if its just my anxiety playing up cos of the heat or if it could be hayfever. I dont have any allergies or asthma & iv never experienced chest problems with my anxiety so im all a bit confused really! Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Suzy, could be a cold, it sounds like hayfever, you can get it any time, just because you've never had it before doesn't mean you can't have it, i've had mild hayfever these past few years and never suffered before. Get a check with your dr if you're worried.

Thanks for the advice, went to the doctor today & she said its probably hayfever & gave me an inhaler & some antihistamines to help my breath easier. Just needed reassuring that i wasnt being a hypochondriac!
