Birth Control and Antibiotics

Hi all, I know that antibiotics can mess with your birth control, but I am wondering how long after I finish the antibiotics do I still need to worry about that?

I am starting Z-Pack (azithromycin) tomorrow, where you take it for 5 days (2 on first day, 1/day for the next 4 days). How long after I finish will I still need to be super safe?

I've not had antibiotics for a few years but I think I was told to use extra protection for 7 days after finishing.
