    watching thoughts and emotions

    Hi

Does anyone suffer from the symptom of constantly being aware ( and worrying about) how they are feeling in terms of mood and as if you are watching your thoughts and feelings 24/7?

This makes me feel very disjointed from the world around me i.e. I don't get the same pleasure or feelings about things that I used to as I am so wrapped up in how I am feeling?

Feel very alone with all this - so thought I would reach out?

    Joanne

Yeah all the time, checking my pulse and things. It's not a good habit but we all do it I think.
