It seems for the last 7 years I have a habit of disconnecting from the world, compulsively checking around 4-5 websites over and over, late into the night. I have a bunch of work to do now, but I'm checking facebook one more time etc. It seems like I'm procrastinating, but from life in general.

When I have a lot of stuff going on, I don't really sit on the internet too much, but when I have a lot of things that NEED to get done, I use get into this damn cycle. How can I break it?
