    A-Z Irrational fears

I'm not sure if this has already been invented before but I thought we could play a A-Z game and we choose a fear we have starting with that letter I'll start FO example my first(and definitely worse) fear beginning with A is
    Appendicitis
and then the next person will state one of theirs beginning with B and so on and so on x

B = Breaking routines, a very difficult one for my OCD issues.

(Sam, we did have a similar game last year but it A-Z physical things we'd had, yours will be more flexible as we ran out on the last one)

B is also for blood tests, or in my case more specifically veins.

Eating - my generalized anxiety diorder started off when I became afraid of eating due to a fear of not being able to swallow and choke.

I love riding but haven't found anywhere local to me since I moved house :( but as you get older falling iff a horse is a much bigger fear!

Hot weather - I got sunstroke once and felt horrendous , it's now become a bit of a phobia
