Hi stuart, take a look at my post about relora, its supposed to reduce cortisol alot, Ive found it really good so far, been nearly 2 weeks on it but stopped cos im now on antibiotics for ear infection but will continue once stopped. It helped me so much, the depression lifted and the worrying eased.

    Hi Stuart,

Cortisol is produced by the adrenal glands and when we are run down our adrenal glands get weak. Ive been researching adrenal weakness lately as I have all the symptoms!!

There is some info here: http://www.naturalways.com/adrenal.htm

Im getting some pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) to take I'll let you know if it helps!!

Actually from what I have read you certainly do not need to reduce your cortisol at all. Do a search on adrenal fatigue. Your adrenals may be worn out and there are ways to get them helathy again.
