The past three weeks have been hell for me, as I had convinced myself that I had colon cancer, to the point where I told my wife and brother that I was dying of it. I had visions of being dead by Christmas or my family gathered around my hospital bed as I lay dying. Trying to sleep was agony.
I posted my anxieties of this forum about ten days ago, and the support I received was a fantastic comfort. A big hand to Hheavenly Angel, Unsure About This, Fishmanpa and Lana, who all sent great posts.
Anyway, I got my test results today and they are all clear, so you can imagine how I am feeling!
I just want to thank everyone on this forum who takes the trouble to help others. I intend to do the same.
When you have health anxiety, everything can look so bleak, but support from our loved ones, and forums like this, can make a big difference.
