Upped dosage now tired all day

Hi, i have been taking citalopram since the start of december i took 10mg for 11days then 20mg till saturday when i upped to 30mg, now having been on 30mg for 6 days im finding that i feel tired all the time and have no energy or motivation to do anything. not exactly depressed just soo tired..

Has anyone had similar experiences when upping dosage? do you think i should drop down to 20mg or should i continue with the 30mg and wait for things to improve?

From past experience of going from 20mg to 30mg id give it three weeks for ur body to adjust...Hope you feel less tired soon!
