Mid Back Pain??

Does anyone get this??
I've had mid back pain on and off since 2005. Its more of a discomfort then pain. Its right in the middle of my back right where the back of your bra is. It seems to be right in the middle on my spine. I also feel discomfort in the breast bone area. The discomfort seems to come from the back to the front of the breast bone.

I don't want to google again cause I'm sure I'll find Cancer somewhere

Has anyone ever had this pain/discomfort?????

I always thought it might be related to my stomach in some way. It seems to be worse after I've had some bad indigestion.

I have had this problem too. It usually disappears if I have it manipulated, it's just one of the vertabrae slightly out of alignment normally and that can go from front to back or all around your top half. Also indigestion paid can be referred front to back and vice versa. I would go and see either a physio or an osteopath and get it checked out, it sounds mechanical rather than internal. Hope this helps.

I've suffered from back problems for over 20 years now but the symptoms you describe sound typical of muscle tension. I normally get this just between shoulder blades and not necessarily when I'm tense either. Don't forget, as anxiety sufferers we are always tense one way or another.
