Get yourself a few dumbbells and do some simple weight training exercises. Start light and then increase the weight making sure to add a tad extra on the weaker side. So for example if you're using 10lb dumbbells, use a 12lb on the left side.
You only have to do this 3x a week. 3-4 sets of ten reps (curls, shoulder press etc.)

Weights. Buy some small dumbbells - it will work arm/shoulder muscles.
