Thread: Dizziness or balance issues after an event like lifting/straining/exercise, etc?

Arrow Dizziness or balance issues after an event like lifting/straining/exercise, etc?

Hey all, just checking in about some dizziness I've experienced.

I've had anxiety-related dizziness in the past so I'm familiar it can be caused by stress.

However, I was exerting myself greatly doing some pull-up like exercises and strained hard... stood up and was very light headed, felt like my head was full... pressured... slow thinking/foggy.

A month later, still have some of these issues.

Just wondering if anyone can relate or has experienced anything similar?

(I posted a prior thread a while back but I think the wording was confusing.)

    Any thoughts?

The off-balance thing seems very common. Seems like everyone has a different story of how they origially came down with it.

I've also seen threads on the "heavy" or tired eyes relating to this kind of balance/dizziness.
