doubled dose sertraline

Hi need help ! doubled dosage of sertraline from 50 to 100 2 wks ago but last 5 days every time i eat i sick got uopset tummy and panikin? but in have had a funeral this week too ? thinkin is it stress? is it a bug as not eaten in 4days or side affects ???? any one
