Age 12: Motor Neurone Disease
Early twenties: Multiple Sclerosis, cervical cancer.
Early thirties: Skin cancer, cervical cancer (again), inflammatory breast cancer, heart attack fears.
Still here!

No matter what your mind is telling you, you're fine. Take the advice above and employ the techniques you've learned to nip this blip in the bud. Perhaps go back and read some of your older posts as incentive not to fall back into those old self destructive patterns. You've come too far to allow it to happen. Log off and find something to distract yourself. You can do this!
