Ladies, what IS normal breast pain?

Im sure most women at one point have been frightened by the thought of breast cancer, myself included. So much so that I've been pushing and prodding for about a week now on my left breast. I went to the doctor on Wednesday to get my meds adjusted and she examined me while I was there. She wasn't worried in the slightest and said everything felt and looked normal. But now I'm currently feeling a pinching pain on the top part above the breast and my HA is going through the roof

So ladies what is normal breast pain? I just finished my cycle but the pain still sits in the back of my head as a worry. I'm hoping the new meds can help

I get aches and pains in my breasts all the time. I don't worry too much about this as a lot of my friends do to so it seems really common. Also hormones can cause pain and aching so figure its just that.

Perhaps I'm overthinking again

It feels like something's pinching my nerve and in the center if each nipple the skin is like really white and dry but my doctor say everything is normal so I don't know what to believe
