Is this Globus or something else? What does Globus feel like

I see people saying lump in the throat but mine feels more like I have phlegm stuck right around where the indent in your neck is below the Adam’s apple. Keeps feeling like I have to cough, my throat is scratchy and I do get up some phlegm sometimes.

Had a cold a couple months ago and since then my throat has not really felt normal. I also have a small white spot on my tonsil which is freaking me out... it’s not a tonsil Stone I have those and this is t one.

I do have a lot of neck pain and problems and I clench my teeth a lot during the day not sure if that’s causing the sinus problem or I I have something really wrong with my throat. I have allergies to but the pollen doesn’t seem to high here this time of year.

I’ve had something similar for a few weeks now. I was having acid reflux, but I also regularly have really bad post-nasal drip down my throat.

Have you tried a sinus rinse with distilled saline water? See if that helps.

I think mine is the drainage mixed with anxiety.
