impacted stool fears

I am currently really struggling with impacted stool fears and am convinced I will end up in hospital. I have been constipated for over a week now. I was a having pebbles but then it switched to small amounts of runny stool. I googled this and it said impacted stool, and then I read you end up throwing up stool and now im terrified because I have a fear of vomiting anyway. I also feel really bloated all the time and can't really eat out of fear it will get worse. I took a laxative last night and all that has come out this morning is water. My mum is going to take me to the doctors tomorrow but im so scared.

If you are going from impacted stools and constipation to "watery" stools, you should see a GP about this.

You will not end up in hospital but you could do with treatment if you have IBS.
