throat again

hi can anyone relate to these symptoms, throat tightening, seems to come on as the day wears on, (if i suck mints it tends to relieve it for a short time) also exess saliva under my tongue, belching loud sometimes also when i wake up in the mornings, it feels like i have loads of air, and gives me a sensation that my ears are blocked for a few seconds, really hard to explain, and uncomftable, it seems like i have loads of air to be burped up but no stomach bloating it seems to be mainly in my throat , if you see what i mean,

Yes got all this plus feel like I have food sticking feeling/tight feeling in my chest. It's hard to explain not sure what it is but I always feel like I need to burp and have that feeling in my chest, but even if I burp it doesn't go away- thnnking this could be acid but it's not burning feeling just heavy feeling
