    Icky new sensation

For the past few weeks I've had a choking feeling in my throat and I want to gag when anything is close to my throat, even a scarf or necklace. I see this is a common anxiety symptom so I know I shouldn't panic, at least I hope it's not some weird health problem. Trying not to give in to my health anxiety, I just hate the feeling. It seems like there's always new symptoms popping up. Is there anything I can do to make it go away?

Almost all of us deal with this sensation. The obvious answer: try and relax

If you like me, my symptoms got worse and i went to my ENT to find out i have silent acid reflux, this can cause a choking sensation. And guess what? He told me reflux gets worse with stress and the body produces more acid when in the stage. Crazy how anxiety links to all this isn it? lol be well!

Thanks, Wess. I didn't know that could be an acid reflux symptom. I feel better now, of course I'm on to other symptoms, but at least I'm not worrying about my throat.
