flutter like feeling in throat and neck?Help??

Hi,
I have been experiencing this weird feeling in my throat and neck, like little flutters or twitches. It reminds me of what a bull frog's neck must feel like when it balloons out. Does this make any sense to anyone? I thought that it was my heart , palipations ,but the doctors can't explain it. Of course when you go on the internet you read so many scary things. Can anyone help??
