Ummm hey guys another day another worry
Why me?
I was eating a salad taking in the last few bites which was creamy avocado bites with halfed cherry tomatoes. Creamy! It's not like if it where hard items. I swallowed and I felt dizzy only to realize it felt like I had something stuck at the back of my throat. Tried swallowing my saliva and it felt like there was something there and finally I took a big chug from my drink and it stopped. What was it and why? Is it harmful? Am I overreacting? I was laying down prior to this and my head was slightly elevated and it felt like my neck was getting strangled. And this post is just as WTF, as you see it. I need this under control but until I can get help what am I to do??
For some reason working on my anxiety workbook gives me panic attacks. I guess since the last time I worked on them I was dealing with the worst anxiety of my life. And my mind doesn't like visiting those memories....
To add to my fears today I used a single whole puncher and it was rusty, and I was offered chips and after I had eaten the chip I see my finger had the rust residue. So you can only guess what fear crossed my mind...
I already looked into my area and they do not offer any free mental health help.
