I'm desperately trying to keep my job. I've not been off sick from work for 18 weeks where I had my final caution reissued.

They referred me to occupational health which has confirmed Chronic madd.

However I've slowly been getting unwell and have been given medication to take alongside my citalopam. I am so ill, I can't concentrate and struggle to even leave the house.

But basically my manager has said that if I do go sick I'll trigger a formal meeting that can result in dismissal for sickness.

Seems like occupational health, my employers wellbeing initiative and the equality act aren't worth the paper they're written on.
