Hi guys, I'm new here. I've read recently that NAG taken with tumeric can stop anxiety in it's tracks. Has anyone tried it with any success?

My anxiety is linked to trauma (I think) rather than a vitamin deficiency, but who knows? Being female, hormonal issues could always be a problem or even adrenal fatigue. In order to have all the tests done to truly find out whats going on in the body, you'd need to have a disposable income of a ridiculous size, and being a student, I simply don't have that kind of money.

Can anyone offer me any advice? Or share their experience if they've tried NAG/tumeric?
