Has anyone tried Reiki healing.

Hi, I had my first session of Reiki last week. Someone I know said I would probably benefit from it. I must admit I did feel pretty good after the first session. I've got to go back for more sessions.

Heard good results from some. Glad you felt it may be of help. I will definitely give it a try. I have been doing Tapping for anxiety and like to think it's helping. Thanks

Hi, i'll let you know how I get on with it. Energy healing is something I plan to get a lot more involved in. Acupuncture has worked wonders for me in the past with sports injuries.

I am a reiki master. I find that reiki is very calming. The whole session should be very relaxing and hopefully enlightening too.

Hi, Do you mean the EFT Tapping? I think the only problem/drawback with this is that it is a physical action so others will maybe see and notice?

Hmm, I found the reiki to be pretty rubbish after all. I put that down to the reiki practitioner though.
