So it's 4:20 in the morning, and I can't seem to go back to sleep. I woke up just because, and my stomach was hurting so I was in no mood to try going back to sleep. I think it's because I ate a lot of goodies before I went to bed. But nonetheless, the abdominal pain just freaks me out. Surprisingly, ( haha, just kidding ) it doesn't hurt anymore after I've been able to walk around and relax my body. But I still can't help but feel that I have some sort of illness. I know it's probably just I.B.S, but it's no fun having to deal with it. I think it's harder because I'm actually studying abroad in a different country and it's been a little over a month since I've been here, and I go back home in about 2-3 months. I prayed that my anxiety wouldn't get the best of me, but I think it has. I just want to see it as a challenge that I can go through, but it's hard when you're not with your friends and family. I just felt like writing this would help me lessen my anxiety, and I think it has
