Head Vibration / Dizziness

Hello,

I had a very alarming experience when driving home last night.
I suddenly developed an overwhelming loud vibrating sensation in my head and my head began spinning. I then went into a panic. I felt dizzy and disorientated and still have a sensation of high pressure in my head.
I went to to out-of-hours GP and was checked over; blood pressure, blood sugar, reflexes, heart, all apparently within normal range.
Has anyone else had an experience like ths with the huge vibration/dizziness?

hi i get dizzy most of the day it is starting to get on my nerves no vibration though dont know if that helps u

Thank you Melvin. Dizziness is also one of my symptoms.
