EMG tomorrow. Looking for advice

Hey all.

Due to all of my twitches and shaking, my neuro has ordered an EMG which he will be conducting tomorrow. I was curious to see if any of you have gone through the same thing and could tell me what I can expect. I'm a bit nervous overall but I'm hoping to get some piece of mind after.

yes, I had this last year with nerve conduction tests. I had an ALS health anxiety episode with hand cramping/weakness. The EMG was quick and somewhat painless. Small needles inserted then flexing muscles. Neurologist read what what happening on a machine.
