You won't die from that so try and calm down.
You could have a cold and/or flu but you would know if you had flu I believe.

Plenty of fluids, and paracetamol every 4-6 hrs for temp, rest x Call a friend over to reassure you maybe? Hope you get better soon x

I had gastric flu the other week, true to my HA form I thought I had cancer etc but it lasted week and aside from the lovely toilet issues it made me go hot and cold and have night sweats - I found out after that most my Son's school had had this nasty bug- try not to worry it'll be gone in a few days
