Is there a particular theme? You don't have to say if you don't want to, I know how some forms of OCD can be quite disturbing to the sufferer.
I have Magical Thinkin, some violent intrusive thoughts and touching OCD myself so if I can point you in the right direction, I will try.
A possibility for Pure O, would be to watch imagines that would disturb you in a controlled manner e.g. longer durations each time, change the themes around so that it covers various triggers, etc and habituate to it so it lost it's power.
However, some forms of Pure O are concerned with violence, sexual violence, abuse, etc so I don't want to imply that you should expose yourself to that. I think forms like this which have laws involved need specialist advice from a therapist because you want to remain within the law and they may have other ways to do this.
