    Screen brightness at night

For those like me who insist on using laptops or PC until they go to bed then complain they cant sleep, try this a free bit of software, it controls the lux your screen puts out, not saying its ok to do this but if you do give it a go, it has helped me

I use it too, very helpful. I barely notice the change as well!

    Re: Screen brightness at night

I tried this when I was bad with my anx and to be honest it made my DP worse as it makes the screen the orangey colour which kind of made me feel even more unreal.

I may have to try it again now I have 'recovered' and see if it helps now
