4 weeks in and still feeling bad

I'm four weeks in to Sertraline 50mg for anxiety. I feel so tired, unmotivated and like everything is an effort. I don't look forward to anything, I can't be bothered to do anything. I wasn't even depressed before I took this, just highly anxious. I just want to feel like myself and feel normal again. I guess my anxiety is a little better but I'm wondering if it's even worth it.

Has your doctor discussed changing the dose at all? 50 mg is pretty low. I hope you feel better soon

We did talk about a dose change but as I struggled so much with the side effects he said we should wait a bit longer on this dose. When I was on prozac years ago I had a good response to 20mg which he says is equivalent to 50mg Sertraline, although he did say I could go back on prozac if this still isn't helping up to 6 weeks.
