    Side effects rhodiola rosea

    Hi everyone

I've been taking rhodiola rosea this morning for the first time, 1 pill of 200mg.

I feel more calm, but almost too calm.. I feel very sedated, is this normal and will this go away?

Or am I allergic or something?

Not sure but you can read here http://rhodiolaroseabenefits.com/rho...e_effects.html
I think you don't have to worry too much about it

Rhodiola is considered to be both safe and non-addictive. By the way, its side effects including anxiety, agitation, nausea, hypersalivation, restlessness, and insomnia have been reported.
