Tired

Can having palpitations make you feel tired ? I’ve been having since yesterday and this morning I feel very tired.

So today I had an episode of quite bad palpitations and now I am exhausted. Especially if you felt panicked or worried during this then it means your body will be acting overtime essentially as will your brain. So in response to your question yes they can cause tiredness because your body is doing something a bit different. I don't know if you suffer from anxiety along with your palpitations or if its just limited to palpitations, but anxiety itself can be exhausting.

Hope your symptoms have settled and things are on their way up
