Hi all I have awful stomach issues due to my anxiety I have heartburn indigestion acid reflux & other issues.i can feel the tightness in my chest it's horrid I know it's my anxiety but can't stop overthinking it.what do you do to help to try & relax.i already do excercise classes which does help as it keeps my mind occupied but can't do excercise all day? any suggestions would be great 😀
