Hope you get the computer problems sorted soon. I sympathise as I would find it so hard without internet access.

    Wendy

Sorry to hear about your computer blowing up, however, the weathers nice, its nice ligt nights, take a walk to the pub, sit by the river look at the good things in life, smell the fresh air, read a good book. You will find that once you rediscover these pleasures you will want more of them and then your web dependance will diminish, it may even help your symptoms.

    Thanks for replies,

Keith your right - I am very reliant (well was) on the internet and spend a lot of time online each evening so last night went a long walk out with the Dogs and did find that I had a better nights sleep after the exercise so maybe restricted time is the way forward

    Thanks again all

    Love
