I keep getting a twitching in my left leg, can this be an anxiety symptom? im having a very stressful time with it right now.

yes honey it is a anxiety symptom im afraid, i often get these and because we worry about it and think its something else it stays for longer.

Its like a nervous twitch , similar to what we get in our eyes, try and ignore it, then it will disappear you will see.

Yes thats it its like when you get a twitchy eye, I get them now & again aswell.

The twitching eye is called a tic. But not sure what they call it in other parts of the body. My doc said stress was main cause though, he had got them in the past he said.

Yes chuck, twitching muscles is a common symptom of anxiety.
